The undersigned agrees that the GILLESPIE COUNTY FAIR AND FESTIVALS ASSOCIATION, INC., its officers, directors, agents, and employees, herein called FAIR ASSOCIATION will in no case be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to the person, animals, or property of the undersigned, his/her agents, servants, family or employees regardless of how such loss, damage or injury is occasioned and regardless of by whom. The undersigned further agrees in such consideration of the Fair Association accepting my entry, I will protect, indemnify and forever hold harmless the Fair Association from any and all claims, suits, and judgements (including the cost incurred by the Fair Association in the Defense of any such claim and/or suit) brought by anyone as a result of any loss, damage, or injury to any person, animal or property occasioned by any action or inaction of me, the undersigned, my servants, agents, or employees, either solely or in conjunction with the Fair Association.
